1. Initial Liquidity Offering (ILO) & Landing Page Launch

Launch Event + Awareness Phase
We begin by launching the TXUE utility token through a public Initial Liquidity Offering (ILO), giving everyone a chance to participate early. This phase introduces TexasSwap’s key innovation: AIRSP—a tax automation feature that calculates and pays your crypto capital gains for you. The official launch page, TXUE.US, will continue serving as a public resource hub even after the full trading platform is live.

2. TexasSwap v1 – First Trading Platform Goes Live

Once the ILO wraps up, we launch TexasSwap v1 at TexasSwap.org. This version is built on the same technology as Uniswap but themed with Texas-American colors to stand out. It’s designed to help beginners trade easily, while still giving experienced users the tools they need. Think of this as a simple but powerful crypto swapping site.

3. TexasSwap v2 – AIRSP Tax Automation Is Added

Automated Tax Compliance Comes to DeFi
In this major upgrade, we’ll partner with trusted developers like Webisoft, Certik, and OpenZeppelin to fully activate AIRSP. This turns the platform into the first-ever crypto exchange with built-in, automated tax handling. Gains or losses are calculated and paid out every 6 months—no tracking, no paperwork.

4. Creation of TexasSwap Chain & Token Bridge (TXUE20)

New Blockchain + Token Upgrade Opportunity
Once Version 2 is complete, we’ll build the TexasSwap Chain, a faster and more advanced blockchain using a mix of Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake for extra security and speed. At that point, token holders will be given the option to swap their TXUE (ERC20) tokens for TXUE20, the new native token of the upgraded blockchain.
