Unaccredited participants earning $40,000 or less annually may fund up to $2,500 per year, provided they have funded no other companies in any other Reg A+ offerings during the current calendar year.
By participating in this offering, you affirm this is your sole loan of the year under Reg A+ guidelines.
All lenders agree that this offering could be subject to a statutory 12-month resale restriction under Rule 144, unless otherwise exempt.
